Atleast 30 mins brisk walk on the day of treatment followed by diet is compulsory, to help the body metabolize the lipolysed fat, faster. If you do not follow the diet properly, then there are chances of the lipolysed fat getting re-deposited in the body, as it is non surgical treatment. Following diet ensures that the byproducts of lipolysis have been used by the physiological body processes and hence it reduces the chances of them getting redeposited in the body.
